Shipping

We know how you feel about waiting, that's why we will try our best to ship your order on the same day as it was placed. That said, if your order was placed after 3pm PST, it will be shipped on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Rest assured, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

United States: Free Shipping with USPS Priority or First Class Mail (approximately 1-5 days). Please understand that shipping might be delayed for reasons we cannot foresee, and we will do our best to make things right for you when shi* happens.

International: Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at this moment.

Returning Discover Box

We get it, people change their minds. So, if you, for any reason would like to return our precious little discover boxes, we will happily accept them. However, we can't offer free return shipping at this moment. This is how return works:

  1. Contact us at hello@goodslow.com, or message us directly via Instagram💬
  2. Let us know that you would like to return the Discover Box 😭
  3. We will provide you the return address & you ship it 📦
  4. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment in 7 business days 🎉

However, as painful as it is, we won't be able to accept your request in the following situations: 

  • When 14 days have passed since the order delivery date
  • When the ceramic was damaged or not in their original form
  • When the teas in the box have been consumed

Lastly, we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of merchandise damaged or lost in transit (p.s. that's why we strongly recommend you to insure your order). In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Returning Tea

We are available during business hours to answer any questions you have regarding our tea. However, due to the nature of tea, once purchased, we cannot accept returns or refunds, unopened or otherwise. Of course, if we mistakenly sent you the wrong tea, we will for sure make it right for you.
